Marc was excellent in his communication with us. Promptly returning calls and texts. We were not happy with the underwriters. It seemed as though they constantly needed something immediately without prior notice. A list of those items we needed or even would potentially need would have been EXTREMELY helpful.

What made it great? Was that .arc DeStefano walked through everything with us. If we had any question, we can call him any time. He was always willing to help.
