I realize that during the middle of my loan processing, the mortgage industry became quite busy however it was a bit difficult at times communicating with Alex. Vanessa his assistant ignored emails and phone calls from me even though I was responding to her requests. I would say my most negative comments were focused at Vanessa's lack of responsiveness.

I'd prefer someone being more available to me, but I understand that everyone wants that same attention, which is difficult with a large clientele.

The survey I received was for Alex who i never directly worked with. My direct contact always was with Anell Hernandez who is just amazing and sooo very sweet and patient. If the survey was about Anell I would have rated it differently. ***** 5 star customer service. If I do refer AFN it will be because of the service Anell provided me with.
