The problem I have is that he sent me a document to sign that was not the deal that was promised because he hadn't "had the time to enter the credit yet." The document was still expected to be signed. We declined until the document was revised. At closing, 12 documents were missing from our file. He blamed the notary, the notary kept copies of all signed documents, the title agency blamed the notary, then admitted to making the mistake.
