Joseph responded quickly anytime we had questions and was always very kind. He made sure we understood before letting us go, even if we asked the same question we had the last time we spoke. The process also was very fast! The last time we refinanced it took almost 3 months before everything was completed; this process was complete within 3 weeks at most.
